“ I went from a 12 to a 6 Thanks RON.!”
Recently, I interviewed one of my many outstanding clients to see how she has been enjoying the program. Her name is Barbara Owens and she did absolutely awesome. It’s sad to say she’s leaving, but boy did we work hard while she was here!
A lot of sweat and sore muscles went into her program, but she didn’t stop with the workout. She really focused on her nutrition plan and didn’t make any excuses about why she couldn’t do this or do that, she just went out there and did everything right.
She had her cheat meals, but she didn’t let temptation for sweets get the best of her. Listen to what she has to say below.
1. What’s the best thing about the program?
“How I feel when I am done! Each session I learn different exercises. The workouts are never boring or mundane. Ron takes me out of my comfort zone and since starting I have lost two dress sizes.”
2.What results have you seen?
“I started out at 151 pounds, I am now 134 pounds. My thighs are slimmer and more toned, I have less back fat and my abs feel tighter. I have a waist now! My friends and family are amazed by my new look.”
3.So Barbara, why should others sign up for this fitness program?
“If you have been exercising and are not seeing results you deserve to work with Ron. He’ll definitely help you attain your goals to a healthier, leaner body. His workouts are outstanding and I do feel sexier. I feel stronger and I am slimmer. I am closer to my ultimate goal of fitting into a two piece bikini.”

The fitness boot camp that I have been participating in for the last 8 weeks
was exactly what I needed and was waiting for. All and all it has been just
what I needed to give me that extra edge and better understanding of my
fitness potential and ability to change the composition of my body.
In
addition, one of the greatest rewards for me personally (as I am a
registered nurse who is involved in health and wellness education) has been
the lowering of my total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol over 30 points
each. I really needed this and cleaning up my diet and including some
focused activity in my life was exactly what I needed.
I have an overall
increase in my energy and stamina and know that I carry myself differently
as well. The nutritional classes were great as they clearly outline some of
the misconceptions we have about food or why we are stumped when it comes to
weight loss and its maintenance. I was able to identify my ideal caloric
level based on my activity for weight loss and began eating high quality
foods every 2-3hrs and saw steady consistent weight loss every week.
A
combination of giving my body appropriate fuel and nutrients along with
strength training that always raised my heart rate, I have added muscle and
become leaner in most areas of my body. Much of the information and
teaching was familiar to me both because of my personal and professional
experience but Ron was able to present everything in a new, fresh, and clear
way that always made sense.
On a recent vacation home to see family and
friends it seemed on a daily basis everyone was commenting on my shape and
fitness level. People that have seen me my whole life either said “you
haven’t looked this good in ten years”, or “you look like you’re in the best
shape of your life”. After having two kids, it was great to hear this. In
the long run in both my personal and professional experience I know that
without effort, commitment and a plan you probably won’t be very successful
at something you’d “like” to achieve.
With the knowledge I have about the
state of health in our country, the increasing number of people dying of
heart disease and those being diagnosed with diabetes it reminds me that I
must be vigilant for my own personal health as well as being a great example
to others by practicing what I preach. I feel great, look great, everything
fits and my heart health has improved by participating in the program.
Many, if not all of the nutrition and fitness skills I’ve acquired or
refined can be easily continued after the 12 weeks.
